New Pupils may pay weekly for their classes during their FIRST half-
Existing pupils pay by the half-
Prompt Payment (1st week of term) attracts a 7% discount, which is paid into the School's Costume Club in the pupil's name, so as to reduce costs at the time of the next show. Payments after the second week of term incur a surcharge of £5 per dancer.
Some pupils only taking 1 or 2 subjects have now opted to pay for a year in advance, attracting 10% discount.
There is no reduction for missed classes -
We obviously accept that there are reasons why pupils miss the occasional class, and when this happens we appreciate it if parents can inform us.
Pupils who fall behind their group due to missing classes will need to arrange private lessons to catch up and avoid holding up their group.
It is possible to make gradual savings towards costumes in a number of ways.
If you leave the school, you can claim your costume money back, provided that you contact the school and arrange for it to be paid to you within 6 months of your last lesson. Unclaimed money is used for general costume items which can be used by all pupils.
Please note that cash payments must be in a resealable bag (provided at the dancing school) and accompanied by a note or a payment slip
